Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Specialist Engagement Manager to drive CRM product growth in secondary care. You will influence specialist decisions with scientifically credible engagements and translate strategy into field actions that improve patient outcomes.

This field-based role reports to the Area Head CRM. You will operate across North Holland, Randstad, and South-Holland, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned execution and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance, Marketing; MBA a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in specialty care pharmaceutical sales engaging specialist audiences.
• Strong scientific expertise in cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) disease areas and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Drive treatment adoption and growth by delivering scientifically credible engagements.
• Influence prescribing behavior through evidence-based discussions and handling objections.
• Execute best-in-class customer engagements with pre-call planning and effective follow-up.
• Identify and engage high-impact specialists and key influencers to maximize patient impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop customer-focused strategies and aligned execution.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data to support future engagement and decisions.
