Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Portfolio Planning Manager - Sauces to help drive supply chain excellence within the EPDM Zone. You will own medium-to-long term planning (12+ weeks), balance service level with cost and inventory, and lead IBP reviews with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with manufacturing, innovation, BU and SCD teams to design network and capacity, support launches and promotions, and build business continuity strategies to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities

• Own medium-to-long-term planning (12+ weeks) to align capacity with demand and balance service level, cost, and inventory strategies.
• Partner with manufacturing and innovation teams; lead network and capacity design.
• Lead IBP supply reviews to align supply chain operations with business objectives and identify improvements.
• Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals and optimized operations.
• Oversee development and implementation of a supply chain network strategy.
• Collaborate with BU and SCD teams for readiness on projects including launches, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with material planning to implement long-term planning strategies.
• Develop a business continuity strategy to minimize disruptions.
• Track and analyze CFR, DIO, capacity utilization, and SCL at portfolio level.
