Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a seasoned Manager, Business Cycle & Market Intelligence in Amsterdam to lead the Global Supply Chain Finance team. You will oversee FP&A activities, mentor a 2-3 person team, and deliver strategic financial insights to senior management to optimize performance across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include building complex financial models, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or CPA/CFA qualification is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in supply chain finance or related areas.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising a small team.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools, especially Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 2-3 analysts and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting and planning of the global supply chain.
• Perform in-depth financial and operational data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analysis and insights with accounting teams.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive decision-making.
• Streamline financial processes and tools, driving automation and best practices for efficiency.
