Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam seeks a Global Demand Planning Lead to define and govern the company’s demand planning capabilities and strategies across markets. This strategic leadership role drives forecasting excellence, establishes global standards, and ensures adherence to operating standards by partnering with senior stakeholders to close gaps.

The role focuses on IBP/S&OP processes, a digital and data-enabled planning framework, and building a community of demand planning experts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, or related roles within a complex global FMCG organization.
• Extensive knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and integrated business planning processes.
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional planning transformation projects and KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and Deploy Demand Planning strategy, roadmap, standards, methodologies, and governance.
• Lead design and execution of S&OP and demand planning processes and systems; set global strategies.
• Foster partnerships across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other teams; guide executive decision-making.
• Drive digital, data-enabled planning and implement process improvements via Log.os and related frameworks.
• Develop talent and build a community of high-performing demand planners and experts; train and mentor leaders.
• Lead cross-functional projects with senior leaders, driving transformation priorities and improved outcomes.
