Job summary

Kraft Heinz Utrecht is seeking a Planning & Logistics Manager / MSC Pillar Lead to oversee the factory’s end-to-end Manufacturing Supply Chain, from production planning to inventory, warehousing and delivery. You will set standards, remove recurring losses and build a capable, accountable team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing supply chain with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Experience in production planning, material planning, inventory and warehousing/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office; AI, data analysis and visualization are a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Lean, KHMS or similar manufacturing excellence systems.
• Ability to lead and develop a team; strong analytical and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Planning & Logistics team with clear roles and standards.
• Participate in Site Leadership Team; shape long-term strategy and investment decisions.
• Translate demand, capacity, materials and inventory into a realistic production plan.
• Ensure materials availability; escalate shortages quickly.
• Manage flow from receipt to shipment, including warehousing and transport.
• Maintain accurate inventory and reconciliation while reducing obsolete stock.
• Lead performance reviews with owners and actions.
• Drive KHMS MSC roadmap and standards for planning, logistics, inventory and supply chain execution.
• Collaborate with Production, FSQ, Maintenance, CI/Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain to remove recurring losses and improve service, cost and cash.
• Develop team capability through coaching and standard work.
