Job summary

Kraft Heinz Utrecht is recruiting a Planning & Logistics Manager / Manufacturing Supply Chain Pillar Lead to steer the factory's end-to-end supply chain, from planning to delivery, while upholding safety and quality. You will lead a capable team, set standards, and drive improvements across materials, inventory, and logistics in a collaborative environment.

The role sits at the heart of a multi-environment site, working with cross-functional teams to optimize service, cost and cash.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field; at least five years of manufacturing supply chain experience, including two years in a leadership role.
• Experience in production planning, material planning, inventory and warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office; AI skills, data analysis and visualization are a plus.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Planning & Logistics team with clear roles, standards and priorities.
• Sit on the Site Leadership Team and contribute to long-term strategy, priorities and investments.
• Translate demand, capacity, materials and inventory into a realistic production plan.
• Ensure materials are available and shortages are escalated and resolved quickly.
• Manage the flow of goods from receipt to shipment, including warehousing and transport.
• Maintain accurate inventory, order closure and reconciliation and reduce obsolete stock.
• Run daily/weekly performance reviews with clear owners and actions.
• Lead MSC roadmap and embed standards for planning, logistics, inventory and supply chain execution.
• Collaborate with Production, FSQ, Maintenance, CI/Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain to remove losses and improve service, cost and cash.
• Develop team capability through coaching, standard work and structured problem-solving.
