Are you passionate about shaping strategic priorities across complex project portfolios? We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to steer Kramp’s portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring feasible planning, clear priorities, and successful execution across programs.
The Role
As our new Portfolio Manager, you connect strategy with execution: aligning priorities, enabling informed decision‑making, and helping teams navigate complexity and dependencies across programs. You work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that our strategic initiatives are set up for success and that we continuously improve the way we manage and deliver our portfolio. You drive a proactive, data‑driven approach to portfolio management – ensuring feasible planning, clear prioritization, and strong alignment across teams and stakeholders, and directly contribute to portfolio‑level decision‑making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Steering and Prioritising the Portfolio – Play a key role in the selection and prioritisation of initiatives, driving clarity on what matters most. Enable well‑informed trade‑offs between initiatives, ensuring focus on the projects that contribute most to delivering our strategy.
- Driving Planning And Ensuring Feasibility – Ensure the portfolio is realistically planned and executable. Build and maintain a clear view on project timelines, dependencies, risks, and capacity constraints across the portfolio. Define a feasible portfolio and ensure transparency on what can and cannot be delivered.
- Providing Insights And Enabling Delivery – Ensure projects are set up for success by aligning capacity, capabilities, and priorities across teams. Work closely with program and project managers to collect and consolidate insights and provide data‑driven analysis and scenario support for decision‑making. Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and ensure that decisions are based on clear, fact‑based insights.
The Team
You will report to the Head of Portfolio Management, part of the Corporate Development Team. You will collaborate closely with project and program managers, line managers, the Portfolio Management Team, and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related analytical field.
- Around 3‑5 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management or similar roles, and proven ability to structure and drive complex topics end‑to‑end.
- Strong analytical and communication/presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across seniority levels.
- Structured, pragmatic, and able to translate analysis into action.
- Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
