Job summary

Gisou is seeking a Head of Planning & Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain, from demand and supply planning to logistics execution, in a fast-growing beauty company with international reach.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive S&OP/IBP, optimize inventory and transportation, and partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations and external manufacturers to scale the business globally.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of progressive experience across supply chain, demand planning, supply planning and logistics, with leadership in a fast-moving consumer or multi-channel environment.
• Strong understanding of how planning decisions impact service, inventory, capacity and cost.
• Experience leading logistics operations, including 3PL management and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Demand Planning across markets, channels and products with a clear action plan.
• Own end-to-end Supply Planning across production, materials and distribution.
• Drive S&OP/IBP processes connecting short-term execution with long-term plans.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to support growth and launches.
• Oversee logistics operations, including order management and transportation; optimize performance and cost.
• Lead Supply Chain projects, including systems/automation and network changes.
• Build scalable planning processes and a high-performing team.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Product Development, Operations and external partners to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
