Gisou, a fast-growing beauty company, seeks a Head of Planning & Logistics in Amsterdam to lead end-to-end planning, demand and supply, and logistics across markets. You will shape strategy, build high-performing teams, own S&OP/IBP, and partner with manufacturing, finance and Commercial to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive experience across Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Logistics with leadership in a fast-moving consumer/retail multi-channel environment.
• Deep expertise in demand, production, materials and distribution planning and how decisions affect service, inventory, capacity and cash.
• Proven experience leading logistics operations including 3PL and warehouse governance, transport management and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Demand Planning across markets, channels and product categories with robust consensus forecasts.
• Own end-to-end Supply Planning balancing service, inventory, capacity and cost.
• Lead the S&OP/IBP process, enabling fact-based trade-offs across demand, supply, inventory and financial objectives.
• Drive inventory strategy and working capital optimization across the network.
• Lead logistics operations including order management, warehousing governance and transportation with external partners.
• Own transportation strategy and budget optimization across inbound and outbound flows.
• Establish governance and performance management with manufacturers and 3PL partners via KPIs and reviews.
• Manage Supply Chain Projects such as planning capability development, systems and automation, and network changes.
