You will manage Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Operations and external partners to enable sustainable growth.

The role demands senior leadership; you will build and mentor a high-performing team, optimize inventory and drive value through strategic and hands-on execution in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Supply Chain leadership.
• Strong expertise in demand, production, materials and distribution planning.
• Proven track record in improving S&OP/IBP and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and logistics operations across demand, supply, inventory and transportation.
• Own S&OP/IBP processes and drive cross-functional trade-off decisions.
• Develop scalable planning processes, systems and governance.
