You will manage Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Operations and external partners to enable sustainable growth.

About The Role

As Head of Planning & Logistics at Gisou, you will lead the end-to-end planning and logistics organization, translating our ambitious growth strategy into resilient, agile and high-performing supply chain execution. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced supply chain professional who can move seamlessly between long term strategy and day-to-day execution, build strong teams and processes, and make sound decisions in a fast paced, high-growth environment. You will own Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Project Management and Logistics, partnering closely with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Product Development and our external manufacturing and logistics network.

What You’ll Do

• Leading the integrated Demand Planning process, building a robust consensus forecast across markets, channels and product categories and ensuring demand insights, risks and opportunities are translated into clear business actions.
• Owning end-to-end Supply Planning across production, materials and distribution, balancing service, inventory, capacity, lead times and cost while ensuring supply plans are executable across our external manufacturing and logistics network.
• Leading the planning contribution to the S&OP / IBP process, connecting short-term execution with medium and long-term business plans and enabling fact-based trade-off decisions across demand, supply, inventory, capacity and financial objectives.
• Driving inventory strategy and optimization across the network, ensuring the right inventory is positioned at the right place and time to support growth, launches and customer service while managing working capital and obsolescence risk.
• Leading Logistics operations covering end-to-end order management, warehouse governance and transportation, with clear accountability for service, operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement across 3PL and logistics partners.
• Owning transportation strategy and logistics budget optimization, continuously improving the balance between service, speed, reliability and cost across inbound, intercompany and outbound flows.
• Establishing strong governance and performance management across planning, logistics, manufacturers and 3PL partners through clear KPIs, business reviews, root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Leading Supply Chain Project Management, prioritizing and delivering strategic and operational initiatives such as planning capability development, systems and automation, network changes, new market and channel launches, and productivity programs.
• Building scalable planning and logistics processes, systems and ways of working that strengthen operational discipline today while preparing the supply chain for Gisou's future growth and complexity.
• Developing and leading a high-performing team, setting clear priorities and standards, coaching talent and creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
• Acting as a senior cross-functional partner to Commercial, Finance, Product Development, Operations and Customer Experience, proactively identifying supply chain risks and opportunities and translating them into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution, stepping into critical operational topics when required while maintaining focus on long-term capability building and sustainable performance.

Who You Are

• 8 to 12 years of progressive experience across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Logistics, with significant leadership responsibility in a complex, fast-moving consumer, beauty, retail or comparable multi-channel environment.
• Deep expertise in demand, production, materials and distribution planning, with a strong understanding of how planning decisions impact customer service, inventory, capacity, cost and cash.
• Proven experience leading logistics operations, including order management, 3PL and warehouse governance, transportation management and logistics cost optimization.
• A strong track record of building and improving S&OP / IBP, planning processes, operating rhythms, KPIs and decision-making capabilities in growing organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, with strong project and change management discipline.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style; comfortable setting a multi-year direction while solving critical operational issues when needed.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into insights, challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions under uncertainty.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders and build strong partnerships across functions and with external manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers.
• Proven people leadership capability, with experience developing high-performing teams, creating accountability and building talent for future growth.
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems; NetSuite and planning / S&OP platforms are an advantage, together with a strong interest in automation, analytics and scalable digital ways of working.
• Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in an international, entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving environment.
