Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales/Commercial, trade marketing, category, or channel management with a minimum of 5 to 8 years in FMCG at an MNC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for planning.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the monthly Bottom Up (BU) commercial planning process, collaborating closely with the channel sales team and other functions to support sustainable and profitable growth
• Support the optimization of Minorations, value-focused investment prioritization based on impact/ROI
• Act as a key business partner to Channel Sales, Finance, Category Business Development, RGM, Operations & Supply chain teams
• Facilitate planning governance, helping maintain robust processes and tools to improve planning accuracy & decision-making process
• Contribute to new product launch sizing for M+3 and Full year
• Track and provide Best Estimate shopper investment spending
