Job summary

L’Oréal in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a data-driven Sales & Planning Analyst to strengthen forecasting quality within assigned customer scopes and act as the commercial ambassador. You will collaborate with Account Managers and BI to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast and develop planning tools and processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Sales, Demand Planning or Finance in FMCGs, strong data analytics, P&L understanding, and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office.

• Solid understanding of full P&L and its impact on business planning.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of the commercial O+O forecast within your customer scope.
• Act as the commercial ambassador within monthly reviews for your customer scope.
• Support and challenge Account Managers on forecast construction.
• Be the right hand to the BI Manager in identifying risks and opportunities in the forecast.
• Develop and support the right business planning tools, systems, and processes.
• Monitor and analyze SIT, Sell Out, Sell In to inform planning.
• Maintain grasp of gross to net picture (P&L).
