Job summary

L'Oréal Group in the Netherlands seeks a Business Planner who will anchor the commercial planning within the team and report to the Business Intelligence Manager. You will guarantee the quality of the O+O forecast within your customer scope and act as the commercial ambassador in monthly reviews.

You will support Account Managers on forecast construction, become the right hand to the BI Manager for identifying risks and opportunities, and develop tools and processes for better planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales, Business Planning or Demand Planning in FMCG.
• Experience in Beauty categories is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Commercial mindset, results-oriented and proactive.
• Growth mindset and agility under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of full P&L.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in English.
• Advanced MS Office and Power BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of the O+O forecast within your customer scope.
• Serve as commercial ambassador in monthly reviews for your customer scope.
• Support and challenge Account Managers on forecast construction.
• Be the right hand to BI Manager for risks and opportunities in the commercial construction.
• Develop and support the right business planning tools, systems, and processes.
• Monitor SIT, Sell Out, Sell In.
• Understand the full gross-to-net P&L.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, supply chain, sales controlling, RGM and marketing.
