Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Business Planner in Hoofddorp to join the commercial team and own the quality of the O+O forecast for your customer scope. You will act as the commercial ambassador in monthly reviews and support Account Managers on forecast construction, ensuring accurate and timely insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the BI Manager to identify risks and opportunities in the planning process, while developing and enhancing planning tools and processes, monitoring

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Planning, Demand Planning or related fields in FMCGs.
Strong data analytics and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

Guarantee quality of the O+O forecast within your customer scope.
Act as the commercial ambassador during monthly reviews for your customer scope.
Support Account Managers on forecast construction and challenge assumptions.
Be the right hand to the Business Intelligence Manager on identifying risks and opportunities in the commercial construction.
Develop and support the right business planning tools, systems, and processes.
Monitor and analyze SIT, Sell Out, Sell In.
Maintain a solid understanding of the full P&L.
