Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in people analytics or data analytics with demonstrated impact.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) is a plus.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix and hybrid environment.
• Strong communication to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, data scientists and analysts from design to delivery.
• Develop scalable self-service analytics within HR and champion adoption of self-service tools.
• Contribute to shaping and executing ASML's people strategy pillars with actionable insights.
• Support strategies to generate and validate people-related metrics and data governance initiatives.
