Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of large events. You will coordinate between event organizers, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

You will drive requirements, manage multi-department tasks, and maintain robust documentation while aligning with Fever’s mission to democratize culture and live experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a project management role or consulting.
• Event experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of events from contract signing to final closing.
• Be the main point of contact among stakeholders, from event organizers to internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements and tasks.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ; collaborate with product/engineering to implement them.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for the user support team.
• Ensure all documentation needed to achieve project goals is complete.
• Occasionally be on-site for launches or key dates.
