Job summary

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, enabling discovery and engagement across 55+ countries. We are seeking a proactive project manager to own the lifecycle of large events, coordinating with sales, legal, product, and field teams to deliver on time and to spec.

You will manage cross-functional collaboration, gather requirements, and maintain clear documentation while potentially joining on-site during critical launches, ensuring a seamless experience

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Dutch; other languages a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of big events from contract to final close with sales and legal handoffs.
• Serve as the main point of contact among event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to prioritize tasks.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support.
• Ensure documentation exists for all project goals and activities.
• On-site presence may be required during launches or key dates.
