Job summary

Fever is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of large live events, from contract signing to post-event closure. You will coordinate across sales, legal, product, engineering, and operations, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution on-site when required.

You will be the primary contact for all stakeholders, translate needs into actionable requirements, maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background (events experience a plus).
• Fluent English and Dutch; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with ability to identify problems and create plans.
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Highly organized and efficient; curious and proactive.
• Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Strategic thinking when handling partnerships or data-driven briefs.
• Capable of managing large, parallel work streams and supporting events tasks.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
• Strong academic background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract signing to final closing.
• Serve as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery and on-time execution.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and prioritize requirements with product/engineering.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support.
• Ensure all documentation needed to achieve project goals is in place.
• On-site presence may be required during launches or key dates.
