Job summary

Fever in Amsterdam seeks an energetic project manager to own the full lifecycle of major events, from the moment a commercial contract is signed to final close. You will coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and clear responsibility across departments.

You will translate product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product/engineering to deliver prioritized requirements, and develop solid documentation and FAQs for support and incidents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Dutch; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with ability to plan and implement across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract signing to close.
• Be the main contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate and drive tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support and ensure documentation for project goals.
• Occasionally be on-site for launches or key dates.
