Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Partnership Manager ING Insurance to lead the ING Insurance Business Team and manage the partnership with ING Bank. You will drive the strategic agenda, translate partner inputs into a commercial strategy, and coordinate cross-functional NN teams to deliver end-to-end value in retail non-life insurance in the Netherlands.

You will collaborate with multiple NN units, manage performance of the ING portfolio and ensure contracts are properly documented and monitored.

Qualifications

• High-level HBO/WO education with seniority in financial services.
• Strong ability to partner with distribution partners and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record in commercial partnerships and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to the ING Insurance Business Team (4 specialists).
• Serve as main contact for ING Bank and drive tactical/strategic agenda for growth.
• Translate ING Bank inputs into a clear commercial strategy for NN and RS&Z.
• Maintain oversight of the NN value chain across NN teams (PP&R, K&S, IT, SI Delegated Authority).
• Ensure contracts are monitored and communicated to ING Bank and NN stakeholders.
