Job summary

Nationale Nederlanden (NN) is seeking a Financially oriented Strategic Programme Manager to drive financial transformation within the Non-Life unit. You will set up and execute strategic programmes, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and align stakeholders to improve efficiency, customer journeys and growth.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in leading transformation programmes, with strong analytical and communication skills in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics or related field.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in developing and leading financial transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
