Job summary

Fever in Amsterdam seeks a hands-on Project Manager to own the life cycle of large events, from signed contracts through final close, coordinating with internal teams across functions.

You will be the main point of contact among event organizers, partners, brands and talent, ensuring on-time delivery and clear product and process requirements. This role blends project management with operations and requires fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the life cycle management of big events from signed contracts to final close.
• Main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure on-time delivery and documented requirements.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to prioritize.
