Job summary

Flevum in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager Events to plan and deliver around 25 events per year, collaborating with clients and partners and guiding projects from A to Z to meet agreements.

You will build a strong network through intensive stakeholder contact, support a project team, and engage with C-level executives from top Dutch companies, enjoying growth opportunities and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s considered a plus.
• 1–2 years in a similar role desirable.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English; able to write clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: link between clients, network, and Flevum to align wishes.
• Research and networking: engage with topics and connect with C-level executives as potential speakers.
• Monitoring processes: manage multiple projects, track actions, and communicate status clearly.
• Event management: prepare and be present at events to ensure smooth delivery.
