Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Surgery in the Netherlands. You will lead strategic accounts, build partnerships with hospital organizations, and drive commercial growth across the Surgery portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet long-term objectives. You will work with regional Sales Managers and Surgery teams to align customer priorities with our portfolio, services and capabilities, delivering

Qualifications

Master’s degree or relevant business experience.
Experience in strategic account management and delivering commercial leadership.
Strong negotiation, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
Fluent Dutch and English, ability to engage with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Strategic account leadership and ownership of hospital accounts in the Netherlands.
Develop and implement 1- and 3-year strategic account plans.
Translate customer strategy into objectives and actions; lead cross-functional teams.
Build partnerships with hospital boards, procurement, finance and IT.
Generate opportunities, forecast accurately and drive profitable growth.
Lead cross-functional account teams and align priorities with regional sales managers.
