Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Surgery to develop account strategies and lead cross-functional teams. You will connect customer priorities with our portfolio, drive partnerships and manage long-term value with hospital organizations.

The role requires Master’s degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. Base pay ranges €76,200–€123,395 with bonus and extensive employee benefits in a field-based, nationwide role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or relevant business experience (commercial, economics, strategy).
• Experience in strategic account management and commercial leadership.
• Fluent Dutch and strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead complexity and prioritize with customer focus.
• Experience in MedTech or regulated healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account leadership and developing robust 1- and 3-year plans.
• Translate customer strategy into objectives, plans and actions.
• Lead cross-functional account teams and governance across functions.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital boards and procurement teams.
• Deliver profitable growth and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts.
• Use CRM and data to strengthen visibility and decision quality.
