Job summary

Science & Technology in Delft is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own and shape marketing for technology and product marketing. You will lead across product marketing, digital marketing, content, campaigns, events and brand development.

You will translate complex technologies into compelling customer propositions, manage launches and collaborate with product, engineering and business development teams. You’ll grow the team as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant marketing experience including senior level roles.
• Strong experience in product marketing, positioning and go‑to‑market.
• Experience in B2B and/or technology marketing, preferably in space/defense/high-tech.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing: website, SEO/SEA, social media and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, content creation and storytelling skills.
• Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to own and deliver.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Own product marketing: positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market activities.
• Translate complex technologies into clear customer propositions and content.
• Plan and optimize digital marketing: website, SEO/SEA, social media, email marketing.
• Create content: product materials, case studies, articles, campaigns.
• Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, events and marketing activities.
• Measure performance and improve activities using market insights and data.
• Collaborate with management, product, business development and engineering teams.
• Manage external marketing partners and agencies where required.
• Establish and improve marketing processes, tools and ways of working.
• Build and grow the marketing team as the organization scales.
