Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Brand Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Affinity with Healthcare and Technology sectors.
• Experience setting up community, change, and event management projects.
• Strong project management skills to independently drive initiatives from start to finish.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing the marketing communication strategy and assets.
• Creating engaging content, internal campaigns, and impact stories to strengthen visibility.
• Planning, organizing, and hosting large-scale internal events and community engagements (Connects for 1,300+ attendees).
• Supporting Chief of Staff activities, including shaping agendas, coordinating priorities, and aligning schedules.
• Leveraging new technologies and AI to automate and streamline marketing, communication, and planning processes.
