Job summary

LeydenJar is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary programs across R&D, engineering and operations in the Netherlands. You will bring structure, define priorities, track progress and manage risks to ensure programs stay on track.

You will work with project managers and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, while maintaining delivery focus and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in a complex technical environment.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary programs with significant budgets.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and maintain delivery focus.
• Structured, analytical thinker with pragmatic delivery approach.
• Comfortable challenging stakeholders and surfacing issues when needed.
• Master’s or PhD in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex, multidisciplinary programs across R&D, engineering and operations.
• Develop a structured program and project management approach across LeydenJar.
• Create transparency on planning, progress, budgets, risks, resources and dependencies.
• Support project and line managers on scope, priorities and execution.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives and executable plans.
• Provide senior management with clear insights to support decision-making.
• Minimize operational issues through proactive monitoring, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Align internal and external stakeholders around program objectives.
