Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Commercial Planning Director EMEA to lead the Planning function across the region. You will own pre-season planning, forecasting, and commercial strategy, aligning markets and channels while building a high-performing team and standardized planning cadences.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, enterprise-minded leader who translates data into actionable insights and drives scalable growth across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Sales Planning or Commercial Operations within sports or fashion industries.
• Proven ability to build and lead a planning function across multiple markets.
• Strong mindset for data-driven decision making and KPI management.
• Experience shaping planning systems, processes and forecasting methodologies.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the EMEA Commercial Planning function as a centre of excellence.
• Own end-to-end pre-season planning and forecasting across markets and channels.
• Develop structured account planning and integrated sell-in/sell-through processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform leadership and regional strategy.
• Develop talent and foster cross-functional collaboration across the region.
