Job summary

New Balance Europe B.V. is hiring a Senior Retail FP&A Analyst to support the financial performance of the EMEA Retail business. You will analyze and forecast the key drivers of Sales through to Gross Margin, including sales, units, ASP, traffic, conversion, and product margin.

Working with Heads of Retail, Retail Operations, Merchandise & Planning, and the wider Finance teams, you will deliver accurate reporting and data‑driven recommendations that drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Post-qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA experience.
• Experience in Direct to Consumer (DTC) organisations preferred.
• Extensive FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 and Oracle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse weekly and monthly sales performance across EMEA retail.
• Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and reports.
• Produce month-end sales and margin variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and Long Range Planning for EMEA Retail.
• Collaborate with Heads of Retail and Planning to set targets and budgets.
• Drive profitability by improving product margin and freight economics.
• Support financial modelling for store openings and relocations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for business cases and pricing decisions.
• Assist in Quarterly Business Review packs.
• Support EMEA Management and Financial Information Systems on ad hoc projects.
