Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Director, Planning - EMEA to align regional demand with the company’s growth strategy. You will own planning across B2B, Retail and eCommerce, set long-range targets, govern inventory, and drive cross‑functional decision making with senior stakeholders.

In this role you’ll build a high‑performing planning organization, establish IBP cadence, and shape processes that improve forecast quality and profitability across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Retail Planning, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, or Allocation with cross‑channel leadership.
• Deep expertise across Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Open-to-Buy (OTB), Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of revenue planning, gross margin, working capital, and inventory productivity.
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities; experience influencing executives.
• Experience with planning tools such as o9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning strategy for B2B, Retail and eCommerce, setting annual, seasonal, and long‑range plans.
• Lead enterprise cross‑functional planning decisions across Merchandising, Channel Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital.
• Lead cross‑channel prioritization and investment decisions to maximize enterprise value.
