Job summary

OMRON Healthcare EMEA is seeking a Senior Corporate Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of the EMEA business plan. You will partner with commercial, financial, legal, supply-chain and global stakeholders to drive sustainable sales growth and resilient performance across the region.

You will coordinate the annual budget process, quarterly reviews, and mid-term strategy discussions, monitoring KPIs and driving actions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Strong commercial insight with solid knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, corporate finance, and consolidation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate development and execution of the EMEA business plan.
Coordinate annual budget, quarterly reviews, and mid-term strategy discussions.
Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Engage with cross-functional and global stakeholders for aligned governance.
Support strategic planning cycles and ensure disciplined execution across the region.
