Job summary

Felixx is seeking an ambitious strategic designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our international team in Rotterdam. You will engage in research, urban and regional development visions, and strategic masterplans, coordinating with clients and partners across Europe.

The role offers 32–40 hours per week, a potential permanent position, and a competitive salary aligned with the applicable CAO. You will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment focused on sustainability.

Qualifications

• Graduated as a landscape architect, landscape designer, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English; basic knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work on research, urban and regional development visions, and strategic masterplans to design guides.
• Coordinate with clients and collaborate with a wide range of partners.
• Navigate between long-term trajectories and short, intensive processes.
