Karres en Brands zoekt een enthousiaste Team member Acquisitie en Public relations in Hilversum. Je ondersteunt het BD-team bij acquisities en PR-activiteiten en denkt actief mee over voorstellen en tenders.

Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand met affiniteit voor landschap, stedenbouw en/of architectuur, met goede schrijfvaardigheid in NL en ENG. Grafische vaardigheden en ervaring met Adobe-studio is een plus, net als proactieve samenwerking met partners.

Qualifications

• Affiniteit met landschap, stedenbouw en/of architectuur
• Ervaring met acquisities en tenders (thuis en internationaal)
• Ervaring met communicatieplannen en publicaties (persberichten; social media; website)
• Goede schrijf- en spraakvaardigheid in NL en ENG; Duits is een pré
• Goede grafische vaardigheden en ervaring met Adobe software
• Ordenen en structureren in dagelijkse drukte met oog voor detail

Responsibilities

• Coördineren en aansturen van acquisitie- en PR-activiteiten
• Direct contact met partners en interne collega's voor resultaatgericht werk
• Opzetten en uitvoeren van communicatieplannen en publicaties
• Publicaties, persberichten, sociale media en websitebeheer
• Verwoorden van de visie van het bureau en projectkernpunten op papier

Team member Acquisitie and Public relations - Hilversum

To complement our business development team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring colleague to helpwith our acquisitions and Public relations activities. Knowledge of, and affinity with, the disciplines of landscape architecture, urban planning and/or architecture is a must. Given our integrated design assignments, we are preferably looking for an urban planner with an affinity for landscape architecture.

What are we looking for?

• Available for 32 or40 hoursper week
• A result-oriented and practical attitude. You coordinate, steer and also pick things up yourself. You work together with the partners and of course you also have direct contact with a number of other colleagues in order to achieve the best result together;
• Experience in initiating and managing selections and tenders at home and abroad. You can proactively seek out possible new projects and contacts, you know how to submit a complete acquisition package;
• Experience in implementing communication plans and with for example; publications, press releases, social media, agency website, internal and external news releases;
• Someone who is good at putting our agency's vision into words and you immerse yourself in our projects. You know how to get the essence of a project across on paper. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing. German is an advantage;
• Good graphics skills and experience with the adobe software package;
• The ability to ensure order in the hectic everyday life and have an eye for detail;
