Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager National Accounts to grow our Away From Home portfolio and expand brand visibility across key national partners.

You will own strategic national accounts, translate strategy into customer growth plans, lead negotiations, and build long-term partnerships that drive profitability. Dutch and English fluency required; FMCG or Foodservice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in FMCG or Foodservice.
• Experience managing National or Strategic Accounts.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel and customer growth plans aligned with the Away From Home strategy.
• Own a portfolio of strategic National Accounts and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
• Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and joint business plans.
• Identify new growth opportunities through category insights, innovation and market trends.
• Drive distribution, visibility and execution of Kraft Heinz brands.
• Own customer forecasting, profitability and business performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial execution.
