Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to lead strategic relationships with major international QSR chains, hotel groups, cruise lines and contract caterers from our Amsterdam base. You will own the growth and retention agenda, negotiate across countries, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win and protect large accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales and Key Accounts Management.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and joint value creation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-country coordination.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to deliver compelling sales pitches.
• EU Working Permit required (Orientation Year Visa not included).

Responsibilities

• Manage business and relationships with EPDM Key Accounts.
• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for EPDM Key Accounts.
• Own the Risks & Opportunities pipeline for EPDM Key Accounts.
• Create & deliver sales pitches.
• Manage international tenders and coordinate actions across countries.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual customer business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Finance, Supply, R&D, Culinary).
