Job summary

We ARE Renewables seeks a Procurement Manager for the Wind Digital Transformation program to lead IT/OT procurement and establish a state-of-the-art OCC. You will translate technical and business requirements into practical sourcing strategies, managing the process from market scan to contract handover in a complex, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of procurement experience in complex matrix organizations
• Strong IT procurement background for IT/OT environments
• Experience in wind energy procurement, especially SCADA systems
• Hands-on, analytical, and capable of engaging with executives
• Formal university degree not required but relevant experience counts

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: translate business and IT needs into procurement plans
• Tender Management: prepare RFI/RFQ/RFP documentation
• Supplier Evaluation: develop evaluation criteria and shortlists
• Negotiation & Contracting: lead clarifications, negotiations, and onboarding
• Governance & Reporting: track risks, budgets and timelines for Steering Committee materials
