Capgemini in Utrecht is seeking an IT & Telco Procurement Buyer at a medior/senior level. The role focuses on IT/Telco procurement within the BNL area, delivering savings and partnering with local deal teams.

You'll work with remote back offices in Poland and the Global Procurement team, reporting to the area IT/Telco Procurement Category Manager in Utrecht. This hybrid position offers multi-country sourcing exposure and a culture that values collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/Telco procurement in a multinational setting.
• Proven ability to deliver savings and manage vendor contracts.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local deal and account teams.
• Contribute to global sourcing strategies for HW, SW, or Telco.
• Ensure adherence to group standards and procurement processes.
• Lead vendor negotiations and contract changes.
• Deliver cost savings and manage procurement data reports.
• Support development of procurement tools and processes.
