Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s, CPA or MBA a plus.
• Experience in Investment Banking/Top tier Management consulting/Corporate Finance/Corporate Development at a leading technology company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic transactions.
• Assist due diligence efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop investment memos and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Support transaction structuring and negotiations.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Legal, Development, and Operations teams to drive execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support post-transaction integration.
