Job summary

Vintage.com in Amsterdam is seeking a Strategy & Insight Manager to partner with senior leadership and translate performance data into clear narratives. You’ll build board decks, all-hands content, and leadership reporting that informs decisions.

You’ll combine deep analysis with storytelling, work across Commercial, Ops, Finance and Marketing, and help shape what matters most as the business scales. A highly visible, cross-functional role with exposure to board-level discussions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, or a similar business-facing role.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and synthesize data.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills (especially in slides).
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights clearly.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Proficiency with BI tools, with Sigma being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Create and own board decks, leadership reports, and all-hands presentations.
• Partner with teams across the business to gather inputs and shape narratives.
• Support strategic projects and deep-dives into key business areas.
• Improve reporting frameworks, templates, and processes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all outputs.
