Job summary

Delve Search - Global Search Consultants in Breda, Netherlands, is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive spare parts and consumables sales. You will act as the trusted contact for parts, plan replacement cycles, and identify customer requirements, while supporting long-term customer success across international clients.

The role blends relationship management with proactive sales and technical learning.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or sales support experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English, Dutch or German.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing customers to identify opportunities for spare parts and consumables.
• Serve as the primary contact for questions relating to parts, consumables, and reorder requirements.
• Build lasting customer relationships via telephone, email, and online meetings.
• Advise customers on replacement schedules, usage requirements, and suitable reorder timing.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with Service, Logistics, and Production to ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.
