Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. in Zuidland, Netherlands seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to support sales activities and maintain customer data. You’ll manage inquiries, orders, and billing, while coordinating parts orders and deliveries.

This role reports to the Head of Customer Services and requires Dutch and English proficiency. Successful candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to collaborate with sales, procurement, and engineering teams in a professional, international environment.

Qualifications

• MBO or higher education, preferably with experience in administrative tasks within a technical environment.
• High level of accuracy with the ability to work independently and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of customer inquiries and orders in ERP and other systems, including first-line customer support.
• Preparation of cost overviews and correct administrative handling of orders, PO’s, invoicing, and related data.
• Coordination of parts ordering and delivery, including OTD follow-up and issue resolution.
• Administrative support to sales, procurement, and engineering.
• Support in accounts receivable and general recording of sales and procurement data.
