Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in the Northern European and Benelux Market.

Responsibilities

Drive global performance and app growth, leading Data Strength and measurement initiatives to protect and maximize iROI.
Advocate Value-Based Bidding and guide the transition from rigid monthly caps to agile, demand-led budgeting models to deliver customer objectives.
Build C-suite and senior relationships, align matrixed internal and external teams, and defend share of wallet against competition.
Lead cross-functional partners to execute joint multi-quarter strategies that balance tactical campaign excellence with forward-looking transformation.
Structure joint business plans or account plans for key customers and help transform growth curves through understanding of business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
