Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an SEA Manager based in the Netherlands to drive paid search across European markets. You will own Google Ads and Shopping, optimize bidding and product feeds, and collaborate with market teams to expand into new categories such as home appliances and e-bikes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, automation, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting sustainability through efficient digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

• > Paid search experience (2–5 years) with Google Ads across e-commerce, including Performance Max, Shopping, and Search.
• > Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding, and performance analysis.
• > Experience with Google Merchant Center feeds and feed management tools.
• > Proficient in analytics and reporting (GA, Looker Studio/Tableau) and SQL is a plus.
• > Data-driven mindset with structured problem solving and AI/automation interest.
• > Excellent communication and stakeholder management across markets.

Responsibilities

• > Own Google Ads and Shopping performance across European country accounts with structured setups and budgets.
• > Identify opportunities, monitor trends, and advise on strategies to improve market share.
• > Collaborate on category expansion and design experiments for growth.
• > Translate insights into scalable account structures, playbooks, and reports.
• > Coordinate category rollouts and share best practices across portfolios.
• > Develop actionable performance reports for Supply and brand teams.
• > Maintain continuity during absences and ensure quality controls.
• > Seek automation opportunities using scripts and AI tools across new markets.
