Google LLC is seeking a Community Development Manager in the Strategic Partnership Office to lead place-based community development strategies and partnerships for the Netherlands, collaborating with municipal leaders, schools, and industry partners.

The role requires a strong background in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and English/Dutch communication to support client relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working with municipalities, associations, KOFs, non-profit decision makers, education institutions, and community members.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Lead global data center community development strategies, investments, and impact for the Netherlands.
• Engage with key opinion formers, community groups and industry partners.
• Collaborate to scale sub-regional Community Affairs coverage with data-driven insights.
• Develop communication tools to educate local communities about data centers and investments.
• Build internal relationships with Acquisition & Development, Energy, Government Affairs, Cloud, Marketing, and local teams.
