Job summary

Organon LLC in Oss, The Netherlands, seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist Indirect Materials & Services to link suppliers with internal teams and global procurement. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in procurement.
• Experience contracting and supplier relationship management.
• Strong communication in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Direct responsibility for multiple indirect procurement categories and regional suppliers.
• Organize and manage strategic sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFQ, supplier negotiations).
• Identify requirements and negotiate contracts with suppliers with minimal legal support.
• Engage stakeholders and partner with business units to meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost management in supplier relationships.
