Job summary

Limagrain seeks a Purchasing Specialist to lead procurement for the Netherlands operations, driving cost efficiency and supply continuity. You will implement global standards, negotiate favorable terms, and collaborate with planning, operations, logistics, and finance teams to optimize supplier performance.

The role requires a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract management, and JD Edwards ERP experience, with a focus on regional and global alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• NEVI 1 certification is an advantage.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
• ERP experience; JD Edwards (JDE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for direct and indirect materials, products, and services, from requisition to settlement.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with local and global objectives.
• Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to deliver cost savings and value.
• Lead the deployment of the Global Purchasing Policy in the Netherlands.
