Job summary

MiniMed in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced HR partner to help shape the future of our people practices. You will collaborate with international HR colleagues and leaders across the Netherlands to deliver practical, business-focused HR solutions.

This role offers flexible working within the Netherlands with regular travel to the Heerlen office two days every two weeks, enabling close collaboration and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive HR experience in the Netherlands.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and practical application.
• Experience partnering with and coaching managers on people topics.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, pragmatic problem-solver with independent work style and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and employee support to leaders and staff.
• Translate business priorities into effective people solutions with managers.
• Advise on performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness across the lifecycle.
• Support employees with HR Shared Services.
• Apply Dutch employment law and company policies to guidance and decisions.
• Partner with Works Council where appropriate.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions.
• Support organizational changes and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and improve HR processes across the Netherlands.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRSS, and Centers of Excellence to deliver services.
