Job summary

GE HealthCare in the Netherlands seeks a Netherlands HR Country Leader and Senior HR Business Partner to shape and execute people strategy for Eindhoven and Hoevelaken sites, while guiding HR governance and employee relations across the Netherlands.

You will partner with site and country leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and engagement, ensuring compliance with Dutch laws and Works Council engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive HR experience including strategic HR business partnering and employee relations.
• Proven experience supporting operational, manufacturing, or other complex business environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and experience collaborating with Works Councils.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, talent initiatives, and workforce planning activities.
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Eindhoven and travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, country, and business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development initiatives for the Netherlands entities.
• Serve as the Netherlands HR Country Leader, ensuring consistent application of policies and local practices.
• Provide guidance on Dutch employment law, employee relations, organizational change, and workforce risk management.
• Build relationships with Works Councils, ensuring effective consultation and compliance.
• Coach leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, accountability, and inclusion.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and drive decisions on talent, engagement, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.
• Develop local HR capability and collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues from other countries on international HR initiatives.
